Balancing Meetings and Focus on the West Coast is Hard

A graph of the amount of productive time and meetings throughout the day. They're basically the same. I tend to have meetings at the same time I'm most productive.

I’m most productive in the morning. But that’s also when all my meetings always are, since all of my teammates are on the east coast or in Europe. It’s a forever struggle.
